Peanut Lover’s Day falls on March 15th every year. But THIS year (2026) the Oscars also take place on March 15th, and since I did that post first (I’m sort of a sucker for Hollywood Entertainment Awards Shows :) I kinda made an unintentional “Sophie’s Choice” 🎞️ … But I THEN saw that this year ‘s March 11th calendar day was empty, so here it is! Alive and Well! Ahead of schedule — so now you can plan to have some peanuts alongside (or mixed with!) your popcorn as featured snack foods for your Oscars viewing party. Plus, 11 is straight up my lucky number — and peanuts are packin’ a really important story integral to my life’s work. So much so in fact, they (and I !) sparked an entire podcast episode.
