Yup there’s a day called “National Pick Strawberries Day!" and each year it falls on May 20th 🍓🍓🍓👌🏾 😋

AND I happen to have (several!) pics of me actually picking strawberries at sundry points, times and places right here in the ‘Big Apple’, aka NYC, including at a neighbor friend’s urban oasis patio garden, the Old Stone House of Brooklyn and the beautiful New York Botanical Garden way up in the Bronx …but my strawberry picking roots go ‘way’ back to South JERSEY!
