Here’s to and cheers to an unconventional pairing of celebrations: one honors one of humanity’s oldest fermented drinks, while the other salutes Hawai‘i’s beloved tradition of seasoned, chopped fresh fish. Different oceans, ingredients and foodways — but both are built for gathering, sharing and enjoying something delicious together.
