LEMON JUICE (ideally fresh squeezed… ) is an essential ingredient in a range of culinary applications (yes — for making COCKTAILS, mocktails and many modes of mixology are at the top of my “Why I love Lemon Juice” List … but also it’s a key ingredient in my signature home-made salad dressing (some of the most amazing salad dressing known to human kind IMHO)….. and I add it to drinking water … and to both hot and cold tea all the time..’

In a pinch or pressed for time — for most recipes using (ideally organic) lemon juice in a glass jar is just fine! But i (as should you) do my best to avoid lemon juice in plastic containers for a host of reasons i wont go into hear - feel free to ask me all about it either on my Patreon platform or via a DM and I will gladly share why…In addition to giving you a copy of that slammn salad dressing I mentioned before…😋
