ANCESTRAL ARTISTRY…
Every expression of Eléctrico Mezcal is produced in our small family distillery from single varieties of agave, without any artificial chemicals or mechanization (other than our pick-up truck!). Our agave is roasted for three days over foraged dead oak embers, milled with a horse-drawn tahona, fermented in our own, mineral-rich spring water and distilled in pure copper traditional alambiques.
